Web and IT Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Reports to Public Relations and Communications Officer and is responsible for overall maintenance of website and social media accounts
- Disseminates news and updates using various social media platforms
- Promptly responds to public queries and comments received via our website
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven skill in web design and maintenance
- Adept at utilizing various social media platforms
- Ability to productively work as a part of a dynamic team
- Passion for creativity, social networking, and peace promotion

Fundraising Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Reports to Public Relations and Communications Manager and is responsible for planning fundraising activities
- Prepares funding proposals and grant applications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or close to completion) in fields related to finance, business, economics, and development (exceptions apply to those with experience in fundraising activities)
- Experience in fundraising is highly desirable
- Commitment to transparency and accountability
- Passion for professional networking and peace promotion

Field Researcher
Key Responsibilities:
- Reports to Country Manager and is responsible for visiting and interviewing local communities
- Collects data from field visits through video recording of interviewed individuals and daily interaction and social immersion with local communities
- Prepares reports after each field visit
- Strongly and consistently adheres to ethical standards of fieldwork
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or close to completion) in Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, or other related fields in Humanities and Social Sciences (exceptions apply to those with experience in field research)
- Experience in fieldwork and other qualitative research methods is highly desirable
- Ability to timely deliver outputs independently with minimum supervision or as a team member
- Passion for peace promotion, and community outreach and immersion

Community Outreach Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Reports to Country Manager and assists in implementing community outreach activities
- Conducts logistics planning, production of materials, and documentation related to community outreach activities
- Coordinates with Field Researches and assists in field research if needed
- Maintains active engagement with prospective recipients of community outreach projects through regular monitoring
- Writes reports after each community visit
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or close to completion) in Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, or other related fields in Humanities and Social Sciences (exceptions apply to those with experience in community outreach)
- Ability to prepare project monitoring reports
- Passion for peace promotion, and community outreach and immersion

Video Editor
Key Responsibilities:
- Reports to Deputy Director and coordinates with Field Researchers in ensuring accuracy of collected data
- Prepares high-quality videos for website and other social media platforms
- Coordinates with Public Relations and Communications Officer to ensure timely publication and dissemination of videos
- Maintains a collection of videos easily accessible to other team members
- Updates video production processes by incorporating newly available technologies
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven skill in video editing
- Ability to productively work as a part of a dynamic team
- Passion for creativity and peace promotion
